For starters, we have expanded the music selection to include rock songs from the 80's, 90's, and beyond. And we're going to turn it into a game. We will select three years and play about an hour of songs from each year. The catch is there will be one song from the wrong year. The first person to point it out will win 3 million gil. You only get one guess per year/hour of music, so you want to make sure you're correct.We will also be doing trivia questions that are related to each year which will reward one million gil for correct answers.Other features will include our usual full-service bar, the Bottoms-Up challenge, and GAMBA.

One thing we want everyone to know about ROCKS. We are a non-profit venue. We're here to share our love of classic rock, not to make gil. We charge 1k gil for drinks strictly for RP purposes. And we pay out a lot more than the 10k we charge for the Bottoms Up challenge. We haven't even accepted the offer to become an Affiliate on Twitch.What music can you expect to hear at ROCKS?
ROCKS started out as a classic rock venue featuring music mostly from the late 60's to the early 80's. Our playlist includes songs by Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, Eric Clapton, Little Feat, Molly Hatchet, The Allman Brothers, CCR, Eagles, and many more. But, as mentioned above, we are expanding the playlist to include music into the early 2000's. This means as we feature certain years we may include songs that are more pop than rock, but still fun.Also know that there are no radio cuts or censored songs. We play the full, uncensured versions, no matter how long they are.

Features

  • Our grand opening will feature the years 1971, 1978, and 1982. Once a grand opening date is set it will most likely be on a Saturday and the hours will be 9pm to Midnight (Eastern Time) with a bonus hour of classic rock love songs starting at 8pm. So come early and bring your sweetie.♥

  • Live Jukebox All music will be played over our live jukebox on our Twitch Channel.

  • Full Service Bar with really cheap drinks. We wanted drinks to be free but the local authorities said we must charge something for them. So all drinks cost 1000 gil. Check out our specialty Drink Menu.

  • Gamba: Enjoy a variety of games including Blackjack.

  • Bottoms Up Challenge. Drink three shots in a row and win 300,000 gil.

Guessing The Song Rules

The rules are fairly simple. We play about an hour of music from a particular year. There will be one song in the mix that is from a different year. The first person to point it out will win three million gil.You only get one guess per year of music. In the event that nobody guesses which song is in the wrong year we will decide at that time what to do with the prize. We may hang onto it, or give it away as a /random prize.Important Note! We are counting the year the version of the song we're playing was released in the United States. For example: If a song was originally released in 1975 but the band released the live version of that same song in 1978, then that live version will count as a 1978 song.Furthermore, if a song was released outside of the United States in one year, but the same song was released in the United States in a different year, we will only count the year it was released in the United States.
